Return Policy Terms and Conditions: A receipt dated within 60 days of purchase must be presented for all cartridge returns. Only defective cartridges will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Please note that there are no returns on special order items. Returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt, and a replacement cartridge will be shipped to your address. A 30 day exchange or return policy applies to all new and remanufactured printer equipment.
